- Deed Restrictions- One of the most overlooked areas of property regulation lies in deed restrictions. These restrictions are certain parameters, attached to the deed or ownership or parcels of real property, intended to create restrictions on use and activities. In example, property can be deed restricted to prohibit chicken farms, mobile homes or the operation of commercial enterprise. This can be the most restrictive and hardest constraint to remove from a property.
